Austin Samaritans Clay Shoot Information

Is there an entry fee for the event?
There is no entry fee for the Clay Shoot event. Each shooter agrees to solicit or give a minimum of $300 ($1,500 per team) to support their entry in the event.
What is the goal for this year's event?
Our goal is to raise $25,000. We would also like to have 10 teams with five shooters on each team competing.
Will prizes be awarded?
Yes! Prizes will be awarded!! Top shooters (male and female), Top scoring teams, Top Flurry Teams, & worst shooter!
Prizes will take place at the Awards Luncheon immediately after the shoot.
How can I participate in this year's event? REGISTRATION OPENS SEPTEMBER 18, 2017
- Register a team (total of five shooters including the captain)
- Sign up as an individual shooter (we will place you with one of our captains)
- Be a sponsor of the event
What do the donations to the shoot support?
Proceeds directly support the mission of Austin Samaritans - to provide support for our 5 Missions in Nicaragua. We rely on the generosity of individuals, businesses, private and corporate foundations, and special events to carry out our mission.
Do I need to provide my own guns and ammunition?
Shooters are responsible for bringing their own guns; 12 & 20 gauge shotguns only. No short barreled or tactical shotguns. Pump, over/under, side by side and automatics okay.
Ammunition is provided through the generosity of our sponsors.
I made a pledge to a shooter. Where do I mail my check? (Registration to come with online payment on September 25th)
Checks can be made out to Austin Samaritans at 3724 Jefferson, Suite 316A, Austin, 78731. Please include AS Clay Shoot and the shooter's name in the memo line.
